Meet Bela

Meet Bela, our first child and the one who set the tone for everything that came after. She showed Elsa exactly what it meant to have attitude, confidence, and zero fear.

A Chihuahua and Jack Russell Terrier mix, Bela was small, fast, and completely unstoppable. She had endless energy and a personality that filled the entire house. Like any big sister, she made sure Elsa knew her place early on, pushing her around and keeping her in check.

That didn’t last forever.

It wasn’t long before Elsa outgrew her ten pound big sister, and somewhere along the way that rivalry turned into respect. From then on, they were inseparable. Real sisters in every sense of the word.

Bela carried that same fire through her entire life. She ran, she played, she fetched, and she never once slowed down until the very end.

Seventeen years with her wasn’t enough, but she left her mark on everything, especially on Elsa.
