Forever 80's

Forever 80's

After another brutal winter and the loss of our third dog in a row, Ivy, I knew I needed to shift something before I completely drowned in my own sorrow. Spending long hours in my office at TC HQ wasn’t helping, so I decided to change the environment instead of sitting in it.

I started small.

I made a digital collage of my girls to use as my computers wallpaper. Something bright. Something white. Something that didn’t feel like the weight I’d been carrying lately.

Using photos our good friend Shauna took of Elsa and Ivy, I built an 80s inspired collage loaded with soft colors, mixtapes I was jamming to in the 80's, graph paper, scribbles, everything. It worked. Every time I walked into my office, I was smiling again.

That feeling stuck. It’s still here.

I pushed it even further. I wrapped the artwork onto my lyric book for a new project I’m working on. Then dog bone shaped pet mats. Then pillows, shirts, bags, and more. Every version of it felt right. It was a complete departure from what I’ve been making and honestly from how I’ve been feeling for a long time.

It’s cute. I needed that.

That’s when I knew this wasn’t a one off idea. It needed to be a full collection.

The Forever 80's Collection is exactly that. A full spring drop built around this new energy. New designs. New products. Even a new website. A total flip from the darkness this winter brought.

Before Elsa and Ivy passed, I had the chance to talk to both of them in those final moments. I made a promise that I would never forget them and that I would keep their memory alive through Terrier Cvlt forever.

This is that exact fucking promise.

They still mean everything to me. I feel incredibly lucky to keep sharing them with you through art, stories, and this weird brand of ours. Even now, they’re still helping other dogs by raising funds and awareness for rescue and giving back to animals that need it most.

That’s what this has always been about.

Thank you for being here.
Thank you for caring.
